Our Approach

  1. To rehash the ideals and purpose of the Ijaw Struggle through brotherhood and legal means for the wellbeing and sustainable development of the Ijaw Nation.
  2.  To launch a cultural movement in conjunction with the Ijaw National Council (INC) and Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) to revolutionary consciousness of the Ijaw people through Social re-engineering, New Media, publishing of Articles, Newsletters, Blogs, Dance, Folklore, Mass movement, Demonstration, Litigation and Study Group Activities.
  3. Through research and fine tuning of Ijaw uniqueness and practice for consensus and common ground, to bring people together in purposeful, mutually beneficial activities which promotes greater understanding and respect within and between age groups irrespective of gender or religion and towards building a more cohesive Plan of Action on the positive inherent resources and energies that members respectively have to offer to each other so as to effectively address issues important to the Ijaw Nation.
